The terms
What is the MemoPryl return policy?
The answer turns on where you paid. Two routes exist, and each has its own window and its own rules about postage.
Most buyers pay on eBay, through the order buttons on this site. Those orders follow the listing: 30 days to return, with return shipping paid by the seller (eBay listing, MemoPryl).
The second route belongs to orders placed through the order desk. The seller brief gives those orders 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. The buyer pays return postage on that route.
| Detail | eBay listing orders | Order desk orders |
|---|---|---|
| Window | 30 days | 60 days from purchase (longer only if the sales page prints it) |
| Return postage | Paid by the seller | Paid by the buyer, with tracking |
| Where to start | Your eBay account, on the order | Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID |
| Where it goes | The address eBay gives you | 600 Third Avenue, Floor 25, New York, NY 10016 |
| Refund timing | Shown on the eBay order | 3-5 business days after the bottles are credited, then 5-10 days on your card |
The 30 days
How does the 30-day MemoPryl return window play out?
Four points on the calendar for an eBay order. Day 21 is a sensible date to decide, so the return is open before the window shuts.
- Day 1
Order and keep the email
Save the eBay order email and number. You need them for any return.
- On arrival
Check the bottle
Seal intact, MemoPryl label, capsule count. Note which label version you got.
- Day 21
Decide
Not for you? Start the return in your eBay account while there is time.
- Day 30
Returns close
The listing allows returns for 30 days, and the seller pays return postage.
Order desk buyers have a longer window but pay their own return postage. Full steps are in the refund policy.
Your order
Which MemoPryl return route applies to your order?
Look at your receipt. An eBay order email or an eBay purchase record means the eBay route applies, with 30 days and seller-paid postage.
An order ID from the order desk means the 60-day route applies. A receipt from any other website means neither route here applies, and that seller handles the refund.
Start in eBay
Open the order and choose the return option. eBay keeps the messages, the return details and the refund status in one place.
Call first
Phone the desk with your order ID before you mail anything, so the return can be matched when it lands in New York.
The badge
Does the MemoPryl money-back badge have a time limit?
No time limit is printed on it. The brand's gold badge reads "Money Back Guaranteed" and "100% Satisfaction", but it gives no number of days, no address and no conditions.
A badge is a graphic, not a contract. The terms that actually decide a refund are the ones on the eBay listing and, for order desk orders, the brief's 60-day route. If a badge and a listing ever disagree, go by the listing you paid on.
Buyers sometimes read a seal as a promise with no end date. Knowing the real window keeps you from missing it.
Opened bottles
Can you return an opened MemoPryl bottle?
Ask before you send it. The terms we read give the window and say the seller pays postage, but our materials do not spell out how opened bottles are handled.
On eBay, message the seller from the order and describe the bottle honestly: how many capsules are left and why you are returning it. On the order desk route, ask on the call. Keep the bottle and any remaining capsules until the return is approved.
If a capsule disagreed with you, stop the supplement and tell your doctor. Keep taking your prescribed medicine while you sort out the return; St. John's wort in MemoPryl can change how prescriptions work (NCCIH, St. John's wort).

Do other MemoPryl websites offer the same guarantee?
No. Other sellers use the MemoPryl name, sometimes for different formulas, and each sets its own refund terms.
Bought through our buttons
The eBay listing's 30-day terms apply. Use your eBay account, and see shipping if the bottle arrived damaged.
Bought on another website
Ask the business that took your payment. Your receipt or card statement names it. We cannot see, approve or refund those orders.
A 60-day promise on another MemoPryl site is that seller's offer, even if the number matches our order desk route. Match your bottle to the labels on the where to buy page before you start any return.
Our view
Are the MemoPryl return terms fair?
Mostly, yes. The eBay route is simple and costs nothing to use. The weak points are what the terms leave unsaid.
Pros
- 30 days to decide on an eBay order
- Seller pays return shipping on eBay
- eBay keeps a dated record of every step
- Order desk orders get 60 days from purchase
- Original standard shipping was free, so there is no shipping fee to lose
Cons
- The money-back badge prints no days or conditions
- Opened-bottle rules are not stated in our materials
- Two routes with different postage rules can confuse buyers
- Order desk returns cost you tracked postage
- Other "MemoPryl" sellers have their own, separate terms
Paperwork
What should you keep for a MemoPryl return?
- The order email with the order number or order ID
- The delivery scan from the tracking page
- The bottle, the cap and any capsules left
- Photos of the seal and the label if anything looked wrong
- The tracking number for the package you send back
With these in hand, a return takes minutes to start. Check the label against the bottle check guide first, so you can describe exactly what you received.

FAQ
MemoPryl returns and guarantee FAQ
Does MemoPryl have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, through the returns on the live eBay listing: 30 days, with the seller paying return shipping. The brand's money-back badge itself prints no number of days, so the listing terms are the ones that count. Order desk orders follow a separate 60-day route.
How many days do I have to return MemoPryl?
Thirty days for orders on the live eBay listing. Orders placed through the order desk get 60 days from purchase under the seller brief, unless the sales page prints a longer window. Orders from other MemoPryl websites follow that seller's own terms.
Who pays return shipping for MemoPryl?
On the eBay listing, the seller pays return shipping. On the order desk route, the buyer pays and should use a tracked service to 600 Third Avenue, Floor 25, New York. Follow the return instructions eBay gives you for eBay orders.
Can I return MemoPryl if I opened the bottle?
Ask the seller before you send it. Our materials give the window and the postage rules but do not state how opened bottles are treated. Message the seller from the eBay order, or ask the order desk on the call, and keep any remaining capsules.
Is the MemoPryl guarantee 30 days or 60 days?
Both numbers exist, for different orders. The eBay listing gives 30 days with seller-paid postage. The order desk route gives 60 days from purchase with buyer-paid postage. A 60-day offer on another MemoPryl website belongs to that seller, not to either route here.
Does the MemoPryl guarantee cover orders from other websites?
No. We can only point you to the terms for eBay listing orders and order desk orders. If you paid on another website, contact that seller; the name on your receipt or card statement tells you who it is.
Does a MemoPryl refund include the original shipping?
On the eBay listing, standard shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund. If you paid for a faster service at checkout, check the refund amount shown on the eBay order. Order desk refunds post 3-5 business days after the bottles are credited, then 5-10 days on your card.
